The Course
A 12-week immersive experience designed to prepare you for a career in elite childcare.
Our 12-week programme covers everything you need to work at the very highest level of private household childcare. From newborn care and sleep training to cooking, safeguarding, travel and career preparation — every module has been built from real experience, led by Norland-qualified nannies and specialist guest tutors.
Babies and toddlers visit the Academy throughout the programme. You will leave fully certified, placement-ready and supported directly into your first role through our own childcare agency.
For local students, a day programme option is also available.
